Best Customer Support Team of 2014

    The Skillsoft EMEA channels awards for 2014 have just been announced, we are proud to say that StudentCare™ has won Best Customer Support Team of 2014.


    Nearly 10,000 students have enrolled on our training since 2011, and we’ve striven to provide them with the best learning experience possible. Our main priority is that students use our learning resources to study and succeed in their certification exams, therefore enhancing their career and opening up new opportunities.

    What is StudentCareTM?

    Once enrolled, students are greeted by a member from our StudentCareTM team. The team will then support and motivate our students as they guide them to career success.

    This normally begins with an orientation around our training platform - in 2014 StudentCareTM excelled and gave over 3,000 orientations! Then the support for each students is catered around their unique needs. This includes a bespoke study plan to fit around the student's lifestyle, follow up calls and 1-on-1 support.

    StudentCareTM also help to ensure each student is fully prepared for any exams and ready to take on the world of tech with confidence.
